Double Agent

Description

A message was encoded in two steps:

1. Caesar cipher, shift +3 applied to every letter (A→D, B→E, …, Z→C).

2. Reverse the entire resulting string.


To decode: reverse the steps in reverse order.

Your task: Decode and return the original plaintext (uppercase, no spaces).


Answer format: Uppercase letters only.

Example: HELLO
