The Broken Cipher

Description

A message has been encrypted using a 3-step process. One of the steps has been described incorrectly — your job is to identify which step is wrong, correct it, and decrypt the message.


Step 1 (Caesar): Each letter shifted forward by 7 positions. One parameter is wrong.

Step 2 (Columnar): Rows of 6 chars, columns read in order of "AGENTS" sorted alphabetically.

Step 3 (Substitution): Reversed alphabet (A↔Z, B↔Y, ...).


Return the first 50 characters of the decrypted plaintext exactly.
